Book a meeting with a Creative Crew Adviser who'll work with you to create a Campaign Plan.
We'll use your Campaign Plan to create eGift Voucher and Promo Coupon templates for your approval, branded with your logo and colours.
Select which voucher and coupons to 'go live' and plan how to promote your offers.
Customer claims your offer by purchasing an eGift Voucher of Promo Coupon
The customer presents the coupon at the point of purchase (instore/online) which is validated by merchant.
Take time to meet with your Creative Crew Advisor who will evaluate campaign statistics and plan your next campaign.
A Creative Crew Adviser is a member of our team who will work with you to make your campaigns a success, from the initial set up of your account and payment gateway, to creating your campaign plan, creating your branded vouchers, and evaluating campaign statistics.
A campaign plan details how a 'live coupon': will be promoted, its duration, when it's available until, and the metrics to be measured.
A template is a voucher or coupon that is only visible to the merchant in their dashboard, and isn't 'live' or visible to your customer.
An eGift Voucher is sold purely by monetary value to be spent on any product or service the merchant offers.
A Promo Coupon is a deal e.g. 2 meals for £20, or a discount e.g 10% off when you spend £100, for a specific product or service.
Claim is the term we use to describe what the consumer does when purchasing an e-gift voucher or promo coupon.
Redeem is the term we use to describe when the consumer wants to use the voucher or coupon and presents it at the point of purchase (instore or online).
Validate is the term we use to describe when the merchant processes the voucher or coupon. When the coupon offer is to be redeemed on a merchant's website this is done automatically when the consumer enters the coupon code at the checkout page.
When a coupon is used instore we offer a number of digital validation options:
Merchant enters the code into our FREE validation app
Merchant scans QR code using any device with a camera.
Merchant enters a validation password on the user’s devicee

Great news! Customers pay by debit or credit card and you receive immediate payment into your Stripe or Paypal account.
A major benefit of our platform is that it prevents fraud by giving a unique code to each voucher so it can only be redeemed once. This is something you can monitor in your Merchant Dashboard.
You can set the expiry date to any time period, although it's normal to allow 12 months for a voucher to be redeemed before it expires and is no longer valid.
Legally, a voucher that is past its expiry date doesn't need to be honoured. Although as a goodwill gesture you may want to accept it, or extend the expiry date by a month or so. How you treat an expired voucher will be in the terms and conditions of use we write for you.
Yes, vouchers can be integrated with barcodes generated by your system.
Once purchased the customer is given the option 'spend now' or 'save for later'. Save options are: print, save to email, save to SMS, or save to wallet. Also, the purchaser will receive an email showing the details of the voucher.
In your merchant dashboard you'll be able to see whether the voucher has already been claimed (purchased) and/or redeemed (presented for use by the customer), or validated (processed by the merchant). Then you have the option to validate the voucher manually or cancel the lost voucher and issue another one.
We advise adopting our standard voucher terms and conditions to keep you safe and legal.
